We believe that building empowered teams in a culture of trust, earned leadership, and a healthy environment leads to stronger work and ultimately happier and more productive employees. We have a simple but big goal — to positively impact leaders who can drive greater change within their organization. In this quest we aim to drive positive disruption, while nurturing an optimistic, yet urgent outlook.

 A Unique Method

The LC deeply engages teams through whole body learning and reinforced arcs of growth. Sessions are run in a workshop style and are designed to inspire through contextual stories and experiential interaction. We always reinforce learning with personally engaging activities and tangible take-away tools.

 Foundational Package Elements

We design full day immersive team sessions. These can be combined for multi-day learning experiences, or can be separated into sequenced blocks of time (of 2-3 hours each) which can be presented over the course of several days, in an in-person or virtual format. Whichever approach is utilized, sessions are inclusive of:

  • Kerri Hoyt-Pack as dynamic and experienced sessions leader, plus additional facilitation pending group size
  • Pre-session intake — selective 1x1 phone explorations with team members to inform our engagement
  • Premium, inspiring materials designed to refinance session learning
  • Post-session follow up (tailored group surveys, 1x1 selective interviews)
 Modular, Topic-Based Development

We offer twelve individual modules of leadership development that are packaged into series-based learning. While we recommend devoting one full day of learning for each module, spaced over time, we can customize programs based on your team’s needs. We can “come to you” (at your offices, or off-site), we can host your team in Portland, OR (where we are headquartered), or we can conduct virtual leadership sessions.

We would love to create bespoke experiences for your team, including:

  • Speaking engagements (to kick off or for continuity)
  • Whole body learning/movement experiences
